UBICACIÓN: Zona noroeste de La Pcia. de La Pampa, a 30 Km. de la localidad de Algarrobo del Águila (habitan 1700 personas). Está sobre la ruta Nac. Nro. 151 y la misma corta el campo en dos.
CARACTERISTICAS: Las dos entradas al campo Establecimiento están sobre la ruta. De un lado tenemos 3200 has. y del otro en frente 1800 has. El monte en su mayoría es de algarrobo, piquillín y jarilla. La tierra no posee salitre y la tosca se encuentra a 80 cm. del suelo. En la actualidad se está usando una parte sola del campo, para la cría y recría de ganado vacuno (500 cabezas) de ABERDEEN ANGUS COLORADO. Dado a las características del monte (mediano) y el campo plano en algunos lugares y con relieve en otros, el mismo se encuentra apto para la CAZA.
CAMINOS Y PICADAS: En muy buen estado de conservación, se puede recorrer totalmente el campo en auto.
CAZA MAYOR: Jabalíes, pumas, gato montés, guanacos y ñandúes.
CAZA MENOR: Zorros, liebres (patagónica y mara), perdices (colorada y copetonas), martinetas, peludos, piches y otros propios de esa zona.
Por el establecimiento, que está sobre la ruta, pasa un servicio de transporte constantemente (Andesmar) y la parada del mismo se encuentra al lado de esta propiedad.
REGIMEN DE LLUVIA: 450 milímetros anuales.
MEJORAS: El campo cuenta con dos casas en muy buenas condiciones, una está compuesta de 2 habitaciones, cocina y baño, construida hace 2 años (casi nueva). La casa principal (aproximadamente de 40 años) está compuesta por 2 habitaciones, cocina comedor con un hogar grande, living importante y cómodo, baño, corredor. Galpón de 10 x 6. Casas de puesteros con 2 habitaciones, cocina y baño. Quincho grande, con el techo roto y las paredes son de material. Motor para la luz ya que no cuenta en estos momentos con luz fija, pero el gobierno de La Pampa ya la está instalando a lo largo de toda esta ruta Nac. Nro. 151, antes de fin de año, solamente hay que bajarla. El establecimiento cuenta también con jardín, quincho con parrilla, pileta y gas. Se le construyó una pista de aterrizaje de 1000 metros de largo. Cuenta también con excelentes instalaciones para el trabajo de ganado en sus dos aguadas de abundante agua y de buena calidad dotadas por, embarcadero, mangas, volteador, cepo y corrales que facilitan el trabajo con el ganado. Aguadas: Posee dos aguadas importantes, ya que se realizó una perforación de 48 metros para poder obtener agua dulce y de muy buena calidad constantemente. La extracción se realiza a motor. En un campo existe un tanque de 35 placas y en el otro campo uno de 7 chapas.
COMENTARIO: El campo se encuentra alquilado hasta el 7/10/2007 percibiendo una renta de $5000 mensual, importante para inversionista, el dueño actual, en caso de venderlo, el lo volveria a alquilar, realizando mejoras, por un plazo aproximado de 3 a 5 años.
PRECIO: $ 210 la hectárea ó U$S 67 la hectárea.
